Tours take place at Memorytown​ USA - 432 Grange Road, Mt. Pocono, PA 18344

Tours and training take approximately one hour, you must arrive at least thirty minutes early for paper work and helmet fitting.

The cost of a single driver / rider (minimum age of 18 and above) is $98.00

The cost of a passenger / rider (minimum age of 5 and above) is $39.00

There is a limit of two riders per machine.

Weight limit of 650 pounds per machine.

We operate up to 12 ATV’s at one time plus our guides. So, we can accommodate a group as large as 24 people at one time.

All machines are fully automatic, new and in excellent condition.

All participants must sign a liability waiver prior to departing for an ATV Tour.

All driver / riders must sign a vehicle damage agreement.

Parents/Guardian are required to sign agreements on behalf of all minors.

Closed-toed shoes are mandatory. Flip-flops, sandals, or open-toed shoes of any kind are not allowed.

ALL riders and passengers must arrive 30 minutes before tour departure.

ALL riders and passengers within a group of 8 or more should arrive 45 minutes. before tour departure.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: We will refund deposit money for any cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the reserved tour date and time. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the reserved tour date and time. Failure to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour departure will result in the forfeit of your tour and a full charge of the tour fee(s) reserved. There is a twenty five dollar fee to re-book a scheduled ride. Parties arriving with less people than expected and requesting less vehicles than reserved will be charged the full fee of the original reservation.

FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL RIDERS, ANYONE THAT DOES NOT FOLLOW THE RULES ON THE TOUR WILL HAVE THEIR TOUR TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT REFUND.
